Call for applications: Asia-Pacific Executive Board

Starting today, we are accepting applications for the 2019-2020 Asia-Pacific Executive Board. Ideal candidates must have a demonstrated commitment with SFLs mission to educate, develop and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. Those who apply will go through an interview process where they will have the opportunity to express their plans on how to grow the libertarian community within the region. Selected candidates will then have the responsibility of working regularly with regional staff members, student leaders and local partners developing, coordinating and executing plans and projects across the Asia-Pacific region. It will be their duty to lead new and current Local Coordinators into becoming better advocates in their communities and universities.

Qualifications for the Asia-Pacific Executive Board Include:

  • Must be a current college student in the Asia-Pacific region or a recent graduate of not more than three (3) years;
  • Have at least one year of experience running a pro-liberty student group;
  • Strongly identify with libertarianism and SFLs mission;
  • Strong self-motivation to complete projects with little oversight;
  • Be able to demonstrate strong management ability, professional skills, and competency; and
  • A passion, not only for the ideas of liberty, but for organizing and leading to make the world a freer place.
