Global Communications Manager

Students For Liberty is a rapidly growing network of pro-liberty students from all over the world. Our mission is to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. We are the largest libertarian student organization in the world. We accomplish this through a strategy of empowerment, identifying the top student leaders and training them to be agents of change in their communities.

Position Summary

Students For Liberty is currently seeking a passionate and professional individual to lead our international communications teams. This role requires supervising experience and the ability to keep a team engaged, motivated, data driven, and results focused. A successful candidate will have a firm commitment to libertarian ideas and to SFL’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Creating, implementing, and measuring a comprehensive global communication and marketing strategy.
• Supervising regional communications managers.
• Supporting regions without dedicated communication staffing.
• Managing our design team and visual brand.
• Evaluating how our current communications responsibilities are allocated and adjusting to make the team more effective.
• Testing and analyzing marketing data.
• Managing our global communications presence, including websites, email schedule, program promotion, and development needs.
• Increasing traffic to our website, social media presence and applications to our programs.
• Standardizing communications practices across the organization.
• Manage administration privileges for all of SFL’s digital assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in driving a team to complete projects, meet deadlines and hit goals.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and demonstrated ability of integrating those into marketing strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required, although multilingual skills are preferred.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing preferred.
