Education & Training Production Associate

Students For Liberty is the largest libertarian student organization in the world with student leaders spanning well over 100 countries on every inhabited continent. Our mission is to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. We accomplish this through a strategy of empowerment, identifying the top student leaders and training them to be agents of change in their communities.
Position Summary
Students For Liberty is currently seeking a passionate and professional individual to grow the academic courses, training and student engagement programs internationally through SFL Academy (sflacademy.org). The individual in this role will oversee the execution of multiple programs housed in the academy and will substantially contribute to the development of new programs as well.
A successful candidate will have a firm commitment to libertarian ideas and to SFL’s mission statement.
Responsibilities
- Managing the relationship with professors that work with SFL Academy;
- Developing content and producing scripts for SFL Academy educational videos;
- Assembling video production crews;
- Monitoring and supporting student experience through SFL Academy courses;
- Evaluation of student performance in SFL Academy programs;
- Collaborating with SFL staff and non-staff instructors on course development and execution.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to balance many different projects while maintaining attention to detail;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Integrity, humility and an entrepreneurial attitude;
- Positive, goal-oriented outlook;
- Willingness to learn and provide assistance as necessary;
- G Suite proficiency;
- Trustworthy and ability to show discretion.
The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:
- Experience with learning management systems;
- Professional working proficiency in languages other than English;
- Experience executing effective educational activism;
- Experience in gamification;
- Training, instructional design, or related experience;
- Experience applying best practices in adult education.
