In addition to his work at Cato, Jeff Miron is the director of undergraduate studies in the Department of Economics at Harvard University. He is the author of Drug War Crimes: The Consequences of Prohibition and The Economics of Seasonal Cycles and focuses on the area of the economics of libertarianism, with particular emphasis on the economics of illegal drugs. So the webinar should be particularly useful for anyone interested in drug policy and the economics of prohibition and other restrictions on trade.
